The Total Supply of SOON Token is locked at 1,000,000,000, establishing a conversion ratio of 1/1.
2. All completed SOON POINTS Pre-Market OTC trades will be converted to SOON Tokens at the specified ratio. The total order settlement amount will remain consistent.
   Example: User A sells 500 SOON POINTS for 0.1 USDT per point. The total order amount is 50 USDT, with a deposit guarantee of 50 USDT. After the conversion at the ratio of 1/1, the total settlement amount remains 50 USDT, and the token quantity also remains 500 SOON Tokens. Users can check their Post-Conversion token quantity in the history of Pre-Market OTC transactions for SOON POINTS.
