Blockchain Introduction New Book Recommendation Discussing Technology Applications and Industry Development

Recently, a new book recommendation meeting themed "Building a New Ecosystem of Blockchain Digital" for the book "Introduction to Blockchain" was successfully held in an online live broadcast format. As the chief editor of the book, Professor Chen Zhong from Peking University School of Information Technology and Shan Zhiguang, Director of the Informationization and Industrial Development Department of the National Information Center, attended the event and conducted an in-depth discussion on blockchain underlying technology and industry development trends.

Dan Zhiguang pointed out that Blockchain is essentially a distributed database that provides trusted attributes. As an emerging data storage and transmission method based on the Internet, it can effectively make up for the shortcomings of the Internet in terms of trustworthiness. He anticipates that with the advancement of digital industrialization, Blockchain will play an important role in a wider range of fields.

Chen Zhongze emphasized that to fully unleash the potential of Blockchain, future efforts need to be sustained in five directions: strengthening the independent innovation of core technologies in alliance chains, promoting the process of industry standardization, deepening industrial applications, fostering innovation in regulatory technology, and advancing the modernization of social governance.

The deputy editor of this book stated that the blockchain market still has significant growth potential and is expected to usher in a new era of the digital economy. According to reports, this textbook was co-authored by 22 experts and scholars from top universities and enterprises in the country, taking a year and a half to complete. During the recommendation meeting, several members of the editorial board also held a roundtable discussion on the integration of production, academia, and research in blockchain.

In 2021, blockchain made significant progress in industrial applications. Professor Deng Jianpeng from the Law School of Central University of Finance and Economics mentioned that NFTs provide proof of uniqueness for digital assets and may be widely used in areas such as asset on-chain in the future. Xiang Lipeng, a senior engineer at the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology's Fifth Electronics Research Institute, pointed out that blockchain is empowering government affairs systems, promoting social governance towards digitalization, intelligence, refinement, and legalization.

Pei Qingqi, the executive director of a key laboratory in Shaanxi Province, believes that the combination of Blockchain and privacy computing can enhance the credibility and value of data, driving a transformation in the data market. A technology expert from a telecommunications company emphasized that the future reconstruction of the internet will be based on the integration of Blockchain, privacy computing, and distributed technologies.

Currently, Blockchain has become a key technology for the development of the digital industry. Some enterprises are deeply engaging in the integrated development of production, education, research, and application of Blockchain, achieving significant results in industry standard formulation, technology research and development, empowering the real economy, education and training, and ecological construction.

Industry experts say that the world economy is accelerating its digital transformation, and Blockchain technology will play a cornerstone role in this process. They hope to inspire more people to learn about and understand Blockchain by promoting textbooks such as "Introduction to Blockchain," and to jointly explore new opportunities for the development of the digital economy.
