Fosun has decided to apply for a stablecoin license in Hong Kong and has assembled a complete application team. Guo Guangchang personally led the team to meet with the Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Lee Ka-chao, and the Financial Secretary, Paul Chan, who is the direct superior of the Monetary Authority, the regulatory body.
