Afternoon market review: Bitcoin has experienced a technical correction after several days of rising, with an intraday low touching the support level of 120657; Ethereum, although it surged to an intraday high of 4794 in the morning, subsequently entered an adjustment phase and is currently fluctuating around the 4700 dollar mark. In this correction phase, we executed a short-term strategy, setting a short position at 121600, and successfully took profit when the price retraced to 120800, capturing a space of 800 points.
From the current 4-hour trend, Bitcoin is facing pressure and pulling back from the upper band of the Bollinger Bands, forming a short-term pullback trend. It is gradually approaching the middle band support level. In recent market conditions, the middle band has served as a strong support, repeatedly holding up against the pullback trend. Currently, the trading volume shows a moderate decrease during the pullback process, indicating that there is no panic selling in the market. The overall upward trend pattern remains intact, so we still anticipate a bullish breakout after consolidation.
