Diving into Gate Square’s PROVE events over the past few days has been quite an eye-opener. I started with the CandyDrop tasks, which allowed me to earn a portion of the 200,000 PROVE prize pool. Completing my first futures trade of 5,000 USDT granted me 20 PROVE, and it immediately highlighted how accessible the rewards are for active participants.
What I found particularly engaging was the Futures Trading CandyDrop Challenge. The tiered reward system—1 candy for 30,000 USDT, 3 candies for 50,000 USDT, and 5 candies for 80,000 USDT—creates a clear incentive to maintain trading activity and maximize potential earnings. I appreciated how transparent and motivating the system is; you always know what’s next if you push a little further.
The Futures Lucky Draw Challenge was another interesting layer. Here, every participant is guaranteed 1 PROVE airdrop, making it very beginner-friendly. Even without extensive prior experience with PROVE futures, I was able to complete the tasks and claim my rewards without friction.
Beyond the events themselves, I explored the Succinct Network (PROVE), which is fascinating from a technical perspective. The protocol leverages zero-knowledge proofs and coordinates provers through “proof contests,” essentially auction-style competitions that minimize cost and latency while ensuring decentralization. Users submit RISC-V programs, and provers compete for fees, creating a global, incentivized infrastructure. Understanding this added depth to my participation—it’s not just about rewards; it’s about engaging with a protocol that has real-world utility.
Overall, this experience combined hands-on trading, community interaction, and learning about a cutting-edge crypto project. From CandyDrop to Futures trading and the Creative Contest, it’s been a full-circle experience that I’d definitely recommend to anyone wanting to explore PROVE and Gate Square.
