Elon Musk's million-dollar lottery lawsuit requires him to appear in court as ordered by the judge.

[Bit推] A federal judge in the United States has ordered Musk to respond to a class action lawsuit involving a "million dollar lottery." Arizona voter Jacqueline McCafferty filed the class action lawsuit, accusing Musk and the "American Political Action Committee" he created of improperly inducing her to provide personal identification information during the late stages of the 2024 election.

She stated that Musk and the "American Political Action Committee" committed to randomly selecting 1 million dollars worth of recipients like a lottery to attract voters in seven swing states to sign the petition. However, voters actually had no chance of receiving this 1 million dollars, and the information they submitted, such as names, addresses, emails, and phone numbers, was used for political data collection.
