Pain is a force that becomes increasingly heavy due to resistance, and its principle is that the more you resist, the more pain you feel; the more you accept, the easier it becomes. In fact, each of us has two opportunities to surrender to pain. The first opportunity for surrender is to accept the reality that has already occurred. Acknowledging reality does not change what has happened. When we can fully surrender to and accept everything that has already happened, we will no longer have a negative mindset, nor will we experience mental and spiritual pain.


The second time is to conquer the painful emotions within. If we cannot accept the external situation that has already occurred, then we should accept our inner state. What does it mean? If being deceived out of hundreds of thousands puts you in pain, then at this moment, do not resist this painful emotion and feeling any longer, but rather allow it to present itself as it is, to float amidst the continuously rolling pain in your heart, and then without labeling it psychologically, to perceive these painful emotions, even welcoming them slowly. As you float with the painful emotions within, the pain will gradually dissipate, and your heart will gradually become tranquil.
