According to a TechFlow report on April 26, biotechnology company Coeptis Therapeutics announced on Friday that it has reached a merger agreement with Dogecoin miner Z Squared, which will acquire 9,000 Dogecoin Mining Rigs and fully transform into a digital asset mining company. The company will divest its biopharmaceutical business to focus on DOGE mining operations. Following the announcement, Coeptis's stock price fell nearly 40%, with a market capitalization dropping to around $32 million. The merger transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of this year, subject to regulatory approval and shareholder voting. Z Squared CEO David Halabu stated that the company's goal is to become the largest publicly traded company focused on DOGE mining in the United States.
