The number of listed companies in Hong Kong is expected to increase to 2631 by the end of 2024
Jinshi data, December 31st, Hong Kong exchange announced that the number of listed companies in Hong Kong has increased to 2631, an increase of 22 from the beginning of 2024. According to the report on the first-time public offering, delisting, and suspension of companies published by the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (December 2024), there were 71 new listed companies in 2024, including 68 on the main board and 3 on the GEM. A total of 49 shares were delisted during the year.
