We have recently received feedback from some users regarding a discrepancy between the estimated APR and the actual rewards received in the Launchpool Sophon (SOPH) mining event. Upon prompt and thorough investigation, we would like to provide the following clarification:

1. Explanation of Data Delay
   A temporary delay occurred in the system’s statistics for the “Total Staked” Amount, resulting in the total staked data for the SOPH project’s BTC/GT/SOPH pools not being updated in real-time on the frontend. This caused the displayed amount to appear lower than the actual total. The issue was fully resolved on 16:22, May 29 (UTC) , and the displayed data is now back to normal.
2. Reward Distribution is Accurate
   We have verified all participation data and the entire reward distribution process for the SOPH project. All rewards have been distributed accurately , with no omissions or discrepancies. Gate strictly follows the APR as defined in the event rules to calculate and distribute rewards. The APR data has remained accurate at all times, and therefore did not result in any issues with the reward distribution amount.
3. Regarding the “ Total Staked “ Amount Display
   The “Total Staked” shown on the website is based on transaction records and reflects all changes in staking amounts (including new stakes and withdrawals). It is auxiliary reference data only and is not used in the core calculation of rewards. Therefore, the temporary delay in this data has no impact on the actual rewards users receive.
